Prof. Bechky is Seymour Milstein Professor of Ethics and Corporate Governance and Strategy, Professor of Management and Organizations, and Professor of Sociology, at New York University, and Prof. Wexler is Assistant Professor of Law, and Faculty Co-Director of Berkeley Center for Law & Technology at the University of California, Berkley.
